4.3 Additional Details
The donations made during charitable operations are not refundable

No interrupted journey, or service not used by the client will give right to a refund, in particular all airline seats in both directions. If the customer has purchased an optional insurance including travel interruption, you must comply with the terms of cancellation contained in the general and special conditions of the insurance policy.

Do not engage the responsibility of Marco Vasco:
  • Any additional service purchased by the customer outside of the services charged by Marco Vasco
  • Any change of residence due the client's initiative on the spot

In case of cancellation, insurance, fees and visas are not refundable. Marco Vasco informs the customer of the existence of insurance contracts covering the consequences of the cancellation (see Article 7 for these conditions).
In case of no-show to go on a scheduled flight, Marco Vasco can maintain the other services if the customer requests it in writing within 24 hours after the originally scheduled departure. It remains possible that the airline cancels the return ticket. In this case, the customer will have the option to repurchase it at his own expense and is subject to seats’ availability. Marco Vasco will then make every effort to secure other benefits. The costs incurred by the purchase of a new air ticket remain the responsibility of the customer. No refund will be granted due to unused services due to the failure of the client to comply with the originally scheduled departure (hotel nights, meals.). If the late arrival of the client leads to additional costs for Marco Vasco (for example: because of the organization of a new transfer), these costs will be charged to the customer.
If the cancellation of one of the individuals on the order forms results in the booking of a single room instead of a double room, the supplement must be paid before departure.

5/ Transportation
5.1 Air services
  • a. General Information

Marco Vasco provides the name of the airline and schedules the flights. It will inform its customers immediately in case of changes in the flights or the airline. In accordance with European regulations, Marco Vasco only books at authorized airlines. Air transportation is subject to operational requirements and security rules that can cause delays beyond the control of Marco Vasco. We recommend you to plan sufficient time for your connections, and avoid any commitment on the day or the day after of your return.
During their flight, customers must comply with the airline’s policy. The airline's liability is limited by the terms and conditions set out in the contract of carriage on the ticket of the passenger and include the provisions resulting from the Montreal Convention of 28 May 1999.
Marco Vasco is not liable for any damages or accidents that may occur to travelers, their animals and their checked baggage during the Flight, boarding, disembarking or during the period during which the carrier had in custody the checked baggage.

  • b. Pregnant Women

For any lost or damaged baggage a written statement must be made by the passenger to the airline and eventually to the insurance company if an additional insurance was purchased.

5.2 Reconfirmation of return trips

We inform our clients they must reconfirm their reservation to the airline for each Flight, no later than 3 days before the scheduled date. However, it may be asked to the customer to do it by himself.
